Elizabeth qualified in a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in 2012 and is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
Elizabeth offers confidential one to one counselling. She adopts an Integrative Approach to Counselling, the emphasis being Person Centered Therapy while using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic models.
She is experienced in working with clients of all ages and from all backgrounds with issues that include; but not limited not to, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, abuse, relationship issues, stress, anger, bereavement and loss, self-harm. She has a special interest and extensive experience in working with teenagers and young adults.
